Abbotswood (Romsey) WI was founded in July 2016, after a group of ladies interested in a new local group met with Hampshire WI advisors and established the group. We originally met at The Scout Hut in Romsey, until Abbotswood Community Centre was built and opened.
Our current President is Sue Handley-Merrick and the Vice-President is Jeanette Hunter. They’re aided by our secretary, Jan Grafton, Treasurer Donna Shorter and a committee of a further seven members who hold various roles.
